I came across this while scrolling through the website of Gary Keller and Jay Papasan in their book “ “The One Thing” and they talk about seven key areas of your life.
The framework asks you to think about this question for these seven areas:
Takeaway exercise: So here is something for you to do. Take the next 5-10 minutes and write down these areas on a piece of paper. Then jot down what comes to mind. It doesn’t have to be exactly “One” thing, but this offers a way to focus and sort through the noise and crap that you go through on a daily basis. You can make it as low-fi as possible. Here’s what I did below (excuse the horrible handwriting). The areas are up to you and likely will continually evolve!
